Throughout her 18 year real estate career, Jennie Wolek has learned the importance of creating leverage with people, systems and tools. By discovering her mission—to empower others to live a focused, purposeful life—Jennie has a new found enthusiasm for building relationships, both in her community and with real estate agents. She enjoys expanding her team to help more families and give back to her local community by supporting small businesses, promoting and donating to non-profits. Jennie also loves adding value to other agents through her Your Journey with Jennie blog and by traveling to fun destinations for in-person training!

Lauren is the founder of Savvy House Hunter.  As a top REALTOR Lauren spent countless weekends and evenings away from her family. Her schedule was always contingent on her clients availability and as her client base grew she found her growth was largely limited by the amount of clients she could help on Saturdays and Sundays.

Then Lauren started video house hunting. She created her house hunting tours Monday-Friday and freed up her weekends to spend time with her family.

Tammy Pack

After graduating from the University of Texas Law School in 1990 and practicing as a trial lawyer for five years, Tammy moved to Fredericksburg, Texas in 1995 and began opening retail boutiques. In 2001 she moved, unwittingly, into the vacation rental space when she renovated a 1910 Victorian carriage house on the grounds of her home and then decided to rent it out as a B&B.

Her youtube video from that event has been viewed over 400,000 times and counting.  That engagement led to her being paid to fly to London to speak at the Spicerhaart Summit in front of 800 "estate agents" as they are known in the U.K. on building your personal brand by delivering top-notch service and hospitality. Jessica has been a Realtor since 2003. She started her own boutique Real Estate office in January 2015, then joined forces with Keller Williams as a Mega Agent Office in Coffeyville KS. Her small team, Heritage Homes, which is made up of 3 Buyer's Agents and 2 Full Time Admins, average 250+ transactions per year!

Jessica is also founded Real Estate Mega Moms in 2016 and has been pouring into Moms from across the country ever since. She is passionate about encouraging them to live their best life!
